Attitude of management, not accomodating the request which they accepted earlier, make waiting on the waiting room without any apologotic behaviour., untidy bed sheets, worst maintenance

We asked for few hours waiting as our flight was delayed, but they replied that they got other booking for the room, but the room was vacant,

Staff trying their best to make up for a horribly maintained property but really can't.

Staff behaviour was rude. Couldn't provide room on time. Have to wait for more than 3 hrs to get one room. The second room we got nearly in the evening. The TV and AC were not in working condition. The rooms were not clean at all. Nobody came to clean the rooms after complaining multiple times. The hotel manager said they will refund half of the money during the checkout. But during checkout they turned 360 and denied their promise.. Mostly disappointed with this hotel. I will not recommend anyone to stay for a single day in this hotel.

Location, super friendly staff, room service and food were amazing. Loved the dinner it was cooked exactly as instructed.

AC needs repair, wasn't very effective.

The hotel charged extra without my knowledge, while the total booking amount was 2430/- but they charged 2722/- . Neither did they inform me about the extra charges.No hot water facilities, no wifi, proper reception or welcome note. It's a waste of money, you get better options, avoid this hotel. Also, it's not near to the US consulate.

We confirmed our booking the day before. We even offered to pay in advance, which they said was not necessary. On the day we arrived, they said the hotel was full and refused to give an explanation. We had to book another hotel right there.

The Room and Location were decent, nothing great to be honest

Don't stay at this place, the location saying it is near the consulate is an absolute scam. The staff was very rude. The listing mentioned Parking, but it was alwasy a hassle because it was single file and we had to keep the key with the reception. Despite this, we were disturbed multiple times during the day saying that their driver was not available and they needed us to move our car around so that other guests could move their vehicle. Extremely inconvenient. The worst part was that our car was damaged in their parking lot because of a gate hitting the side of the car in the night.

They denied the room that we booked by calling and they are not ready to cancel the request thru the

only location is good. rest not much facilities apart from AC room. it was just like place to sleep at night. nothing much than that.

Rooms, bedlinens, Toilet extremly unclean and repeated request couldn't change bedlinens. Breakfast was unclean and shabby and without much options.

Location was great, easily accessible. Parking availablity was plus point. Mall is nearby.

Booked a room for 3 people but the room had just a single towel, when we asked for more we got wet towels. The pillowcases had blood stains and the walls had footprints. Bathroom was very small.

The location was awful while eating I could see people gargle as there was no covered area for wash basin. They served breakfast by their choice even though we did not like it they pressurized to eat which is not a good hospitality. Its better to ask before serving.

Service in the room. We had to ask them for water refill everyday. Even though we visited the desk and let them know, still had to do reminder calls to send us water in the room. The basic need of chilled water was also not provided.

I found foreign bodies(lipstick mark) on blanket. They changed after complain. Mosquitos....!!!Toilet lock was broken.

The hotel is located right in the city center with access for everything. Have premium and normal restaurants around the place. The staff is very helpful and at your service. Have ample safe parking space.

Breakfast is bad and the room walls where dirty. The toilets need upgradation and full cleaning. Little noisy in day time coz of a movie theatre in close proximity.
